Age Grades
To compete in the Senior Grade you must have been born in 1993 or earlier.
To compete in the M20/W20 Grade you must have been born in 1992, 1993, 1994 or 1995.
To compete in the M17/W17 Grade you must have been born in 1995, 1996 or 1997.

Technical Meeting will be held in the Waitakere Club Rooms, Waitakere Trust Indoor Stadium at 7.00pm on Thursday 22 March.
