Please list runners in numerical order according to their registration number. Runners age, sex and the event in which they are competing MUST be included. |

Results for underage athletes up to and including Grade 14 will be shown in one-year age groups. Please state on your Club's entry form, the age of these athletes as at 31/12/13. Masters athletes will be shown in five-year (5) age groups according to their age on race day. Please state their age as on race day on the entry form. |
