The Otago Road Championships for all other grades and the 10km Handicap Race were held on Sunday 23 August 2009 on the wharf circuit.

Results Summary:

Daniel Balchin (Caversham) won the Beveridge Trophy for Men 19 and Under in an exciting duel with Peter Meffan (CAV) with just 2 seconds separating the two Caversham runners at the finish of the 8km race.  Alex Gorrie (Hill City) finished third.
