· The season gate pass will be valid for use at all Athletics Otago track and field events during the 2009-2010 summer season.
· The gate fee charges for the weekly meetings at the Caledonian Ground are:
- Seniors, Masters, Grade 19 $6.00 each day
- Grade 16, Grade 14 $4.00 each day
If athletes choose this option they are expected to pay prior to competing, recording their names and registration numbers on the sheet, paying the correct amount and receiving a stamp on the hand that acknowledges payment. The gatekeeper is going to be present at the turnstiles from 12.30-3.00pm each competition day.
· The cost of the summer season gate pass is:
- Seniors, Masters, Grade 19 $60.00
- Grade 16, Grade 14 $40.00
· Payments can be made in either cash or a cheque written out to Athletics Otago. Please complete an application form and post, with payment to Athletics Otago, PO Box 444, Dunedin 9054, or hand the form and payment to Margaret Knox in the control room.
· Once payment for the gate season pass has been received the registration number of the athlete will be stamped appropriately showing that the season gate fee payment has been made.
· It is the responsibility of the individual athlete to make sure that his/her registration number is worn each time when competing so that officials do not need to question whether or not a gate fee has been paid. Failure to wear his/her correct registration number that shows a season gate fee has been paid may mean that the athlete is asked to pay a gate fee before being allowed to compete at an event.
