This week we hear from 400m hurdler, Cameron French.
Cam has had a summer disrupted by achilles tendon issues, which has resulted in a change of plans. He is heading to Europe later this month, to train and compete, hoping it will result in a Rio 2016 qualifying performance.
He talks in this blog about a post summer break on the far north and the retirement of one of his idols..
Cam and the other four bloggers, Tom Walsh (shot put), Portia Bing (heptathlon) and Angie Petty (800m), along with Anna Grimaldi (Para long jump & sprints) will feature as we follow their successes, frustrations, excitement and disappointments along the way to the biggest events of their careers.
