NOTE:

This event is for registered runners only. Competitors must have their registration

processed by the CENTRE REGISTRATION SECRETARY before entries close.

ENTRY FORM:

Please list runners in alphabetical order according to their surname. Runners registration numbers and the event MUST be included.

	Results for underage athletes up to and including Grade 14 will be shown in one-year age groups. Please state on your Club's entry form,
	the age of these athletes as at 31/12/10. Masters athletes will be shown in five-year age groups according to
	their age on race day. Please state their age as on race day on the entry form.

NUMBERS:

ALL Competitors MUST wear their registration number on the front of their uniform. Failure to do so may result in disqualification

MEDALS:

Medals will be awarded to the 3 fastest runners in 2 year age groups in grades below grade 15

NOMINATIONS:	Nominations for Canterbury Teams for the NZ Cross Country Championships in Christchurch are to be handed
