Boys/Girls 15, 16 and 17 can enter either race

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. Relay entries must be submitted in running order with estimated 5km times, age, gender and registration number for each runner. 2. Any team that beats their estimated team time by more than 10 minutes will be ineligible for a place, but individual times will still be counted. 3. Team changes must be in the hands of the handicappers by 12:30pm on race day. 4. For all underage races can gender (B/G) please be given on entry forms THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO  REGISTERED RUNNERS ONLY
