RACE TIMES:
Underage Race (Grade 17 and under): 12pm
Men, Masters Men, Men Grade 18/19 and walkers: 1.00pm
Senior Women, Women Grade 18/19 and Masters Women: 1:05pm

ENTRY FORM (Click) - This is the form that Clubs fill out with the number of teams to compete (No names at this point). This form needs to be completed and emailed (or posted) to daniel.reese@paradise.net.nz no later than 8pm Monday, 22nd April 2013
ENTRY FEE - The Entry Fee is not required with the Entry Form, but must be paid at the time you hand in the Club's Entry Sheet. This year there will be a sanctioned event fee which must be included with your Club's entry fee. See Race Call for more details.
PAYMENT OPTIONS - Cheques to be made out to the "University of Canterbury Athletic Club". Your cheque can be posted to 63 Hackthorne Road, ChCh 8022, or handed in on race day.
Internet Banking to 02-0800-0749095-000, put Hagley Relay as the reference
ENTRY SHEET - This is the form which Clubs fill out with their team's names in running order.
The ENTRY SHEET (click for copy), needs to be printed out, completed and brought to the registration table 15 minutes before the start of race.

- No athlete can run more than once in the same team
or the team will be disqualified.

Rules for Relays
For athletes running twice |
- If an athlete runs twice in the event for different teams, the lower/slower team will be disqualified.

- If a team is short of a runner/s, they may run until there are no more runners and then stop.
In all situations, all runners will be given their individual time/s.
