CLARIFICATION RE NATIONALS
ENTRIES:
DO NOT DO YOUR OWN ENTRY ON LINE.
Fill in your entry forms, include in Events the event you have been selected for AND any other events you wish to do (provided they meet ANZ entry standard).
RETURN to Athletics Auckland Office or hand in to Sue Bearda at Hotmeets, with payment. Cheques made out to Athletics Auckland Inc. You DO NOT pay the $10.00 paper entry fee or for Relays.
ENTRIES NEED TO BE IN ASAP, closing date with ANZ is midnight 14th March and I don’t want to have to be entering them up to the deadline, we need this time for double checking.

The list of selected Athletes does not show all the events you have qualified in, just the first event that qualified you for the Auckland Team. Refer above.

If you check this it may still show your Club not Auckland, this will change when we submit our list to ANZ on the 14th.
UNIFORMS
Cost for hire of these is $5.00, uniforms must be returned asap after the competition.
Uniforms can be picked up from the Auckland Office Monday – Friday 9.00am-2.30pm, or Saturday 6th 3.00pm-5.00pm, Saturday 13th 12noon-2.00pm, Saturday 20th 12noon-2.00pm. I will advise later if I can manage a Wednesday night.
ACCOMMODATION
PLEASE get forms filled in and returned asap, if you don’t require accommodation put that on the form and return so I know.
Final Payments are due Monday 22nd March, but earlier would be preferred.
Cost per person for 3 nights accommodation & 4 days transport is $145.00

So there is enough room for the whole team
